　　Having captured our attention, the picture vividly betrays the fact that a weeping person's tear is the last drop of water on earth. Simple as it is, the drawing set us sinking in awfully. Accordingly, what this far-reaching picture depicts witnesses a common phenomenon in today's society: The world's resources， especially the resource of water are decreasing sharply. It goes without saying that its symbolic message that the awareness of environment protection and economical utilization of the world's resources, especially the resource of water, has gone beyond the picture itself。

　　Why do we lay much emphasis upon this? Several points analyzed below might equip us with the deeper understanding of what we head for. For one thing, it is true that water has been nurturing human kind for millions of years. It is the most important resource for human beings. For another, there is not enough bodies of water scattering around the earth. If we do not attach urgent importance to a rational distribution, exploitation and protection of the water resource, we will sooner or later end up in severe shortage of water worldwide. Consequently, no issue stands as critical to build up the society in harmony as protecting water resource。

　　Judging from what has been argued above, we have come to recognize that the harms arising from abusing water resource has been, like the pandora's box, the crippling force of establishing our ideal society. It is, therefore, imperative that effective steps should be made to protect our water resource. On one hand, we should appeal to our authorities to make relevant laws and regulations to severely punish those who pollute the water. On the other hand, people should enhance the awareness of protecting water resource in our daily life. Only by undergoing these measures, can we leave this precious resource to our future generations so that their tear will not become the last drop of water. Also, I do reckon that we human beings can solve this problem, and we will have a bright future。

For one thing, the great mobility of people make it difficult to sustain long intimate relationships. For another, people today are too busy and exhausted to start and keep serious long-term relationships. And above all, modern means of entertainment and communication, such as TV, the  internet, and mobile phones, etc. make people spend for less time actually interacting with people around them. Consequently, no issue stands as critical to build up the society in harmony ] as clear up indifferent among people。

Only by undergoing these measures, can we make our society, where people, even not knowing each other, help among them appeal to everyone. Also, I do reckon that we human beings can solve this problem, and we will have a bright future。

Accordingly, what this far-reaching picture depicts witnesses a common phenomenon in today's society: Some scientists or researchers are not do experiments but plagiarize other's research results. It goes without saying that its symbolic message that the problem of intellectual honesty is an vital issue to the healthy development of our science and technology cause, has gone beyond the picture itself。

　　Why do we lay much emphasis upon this? The most important point analyzed below might equip us with the deeper understanding of what we head for.  Suppose that every scientist or researcher does not do experiment, but plagiarise  others' research results, then what would happen? There would be no academic credibility and people would no longer believe what the scientists say. Since scientists are noble elites of society, if their words are unreliable, then the credibility of the whole society would deteriorate and collapse. Consequently, no issue stands as critical to build up intellectual honesty as ironing out plagiarizing others' research results。

It is, therefore, imperative that effective steps should be made to protect the healthy development of our science and technology cause. On the other hand, people should cultivate the awareness of the young that academic credibility is extremely vital to us. Only by undergoing these measures, can we reverse the disturbing trend illustrated in the cartoon. Also, I do reckon that we human beings can solve this problem, and we will have a bright future
