1983.9-1987.7，兰州大学化学系有机化学专业，学士学位；1987.8-1991.11，大庆石油化工总厂研究院，助理工程师；1991.11-1996.8，大庆油田设计院，工程师；1993.9-1996.7，天津大学化学系精细化工专业，硕士学位；1996.9-1999.7，北京医科大学药学院药物化学专业，博士学位。自1999年至今，北京大学医学部药学院化学生物学系工作。目前主要开展抗粘附多价寡糖及糖-肽杂合物的合成研究, 设计合成了结构多样的多价寡糖及糖-肽杂合物，其中四价乳糖Gu-4具有良好的抗白细胞-内皮细胞粘附活性，作为药物候选分子在对大鼠的重症烧伤休克、脓毒症及关节炎的治疗中已显示了良好的效果。

目前在研课题：

1.乳糖衍生物抗粘附新靶点的发现及其抗炎机制的研究 (90713004)，国家自然科学基金重大研究计划“基于化学小分子探针的信号转导过程研究”培育项目，2008.1~2010.12。

2. 新型“多配体”型杂合糖簇的设计、合成及“杂簇螯合效应”的探索(21172015)，国家自然科学基金面上项目，2012.01~2015.12。。
