2007年11月—至今，云南大学物理系，教授。

2004年3月—2007年8月，美国佛罗里达大学物理系，博士后。

2000年9月—2004年1月，复旦大学凝聚态物理专业，博士。

1996年9月—2000年1月，复旦大学凝聚态物理专业，硕士。

1992年9月—1996年7月，复旦大学物理电子学专业，本科。

主要研究方向：

半导体、绝缘体和金属表面、界面的结构及其电子态。

纳米材料、拓扑绝缘体和高温超导材料。

量子电荷、自旋输运性质。

主持的部分科研项目：

2014年1月—2017年12月，“复杂氧化物界面新奇电子态的起源及调控”，国家自然科学基金。

2013年1月—2015年12月，教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。

2012年1月—2015年12月，“透明导电氧化物表面功函数的调控与改性”，国家自然科学基金。
