巩振辉,男,生于1957年4月。1981年毕业于西北农业大学蔬菜专业,同年留校任教至今。先后在西北农业大学、西北农林科技大学获农学学士、农学硕士和农学博士学位。1997年晋升为教授。1995~1996,2001~2002年曾先后赴英国格拉斯哥大学和澳大利亚国立大学研修分子生物学和分子遗传学。2004年8月赴欧洲考察植物分子生物学研究。曾获教育部优秀年轻教师基金资助、陕西省优秀留学回国人员、陕西省“教书育人”优秀教师、优秀共产党员、西北农林科技大学教学名师和优秀教师等荣誉。

现任园艺学院教授,博士研究生导师,西北农林科技大学蔬菜研究所所长,西北农林科技大学蔬菜生物技术与种质资源创新团队带头人。

2.研究方向

主要从事蔬菜育种、蔬菜种质资源与生物技术等方面的工作,近年着重于辣椒、番茄、黄瓜分子标记,辣椒疫病、炭疽病与作物的相互关系,辣椒抗逆(抗寒、耐旱、耐热)生物学与分子生物学,辣椒雄性不育的研究与利用,辣椒抗衰老与果实耐藏性,辣椒小孢子培养,辣椒组织培养与遗传转化,辣椒、黄瓜重要农艺性状的遗传,辣椒种质资源的创新。

3. 开设课程

承担本科生植物育种学、蔬菜育种学、科研专题、暑期实习、夏菜调查、秋菜调查等课程教学,为博、硕士研究生讲授蔬菜学进展、园艺植物生物技术、高级蔬菜育种学、蔬菜育种与良种繁育学等课程。

4.主要学术成果(省级以上)

1982年至今,一直致力于蔬菜生物技术、蔬菜遗传育种与种质资源创新的研究与实践。先后承担并出色完成了国家高技术研究发展计划、国家自然科学基金资助项目、国家重点科技项目、国家科技支撑计划、国家农业科技成果转化资金项目、科技部杨凌农业生物育种中心项目、农业部“八五”科技项目、教育部优秀年轻教师基金项目、教育部“春晖计划”、国家教育部博士点基金、中科院上海植物生理生态研究所植物分子遗传国家重点开放实验室项目、陕西省“13115”科技创新工程重大科技专项、陕西省科技统筹创新工程计划项目、陕西省自然科学基金项目、陕西省农业分子生物学重点实验室基金项目、与英国格拉斯哥大学合作项目、与澳大利亚国立大学合作项目等课题,在辣椒、黄瓜和芸薹属作物种质资源搜集、创制、研究和利用以及基因的克隆和遗传转化方面开展了大量工作,获国家科技进步一等奖、二等奖各1项,省农业科技进步一等奖、三等奖各1项,省农业技术推广一等奖1项,西安市科技进步三等奖1项,省人民政府教学成果二等奖1项,所主持的《植物育种学》获省级精品课程。获国家发明专利授权10项。选育优良辣椒品种9个、番茄品种1个。与西安皇冠蔬菜研究所合作,将分子标记技术与常规育种技术相结合,选育出了我国第一份具有自主知识产权的抗根结线虫的番茄新品种金棚M6、M158和M126。

5.主要学术论著

近年来,主编“十一五”、“十二五”规划教材《园艺植物生物技术》、《植物组织培养》、《植物育种学》和《园艺植物种子学》等教材,先后主编和参编著作、教材30余本。以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文300余篇,其中SCI 60余篇。
