研究领域: 应用针对几丁质代谢过程的关键基因,一方面设计高活性的dsRNA通过干扰这些基因的表达调控,实现害虫控制;另一方面对关键基因进行重组表达,制备出的大量高活性蛋白通过破坏昆虫几丁质,实现害虫控制。通过基因组学,转录组学结合蛋白质组学,发现昆虫中参与几丁质代谢的关键蛋白,并通过昆虫生理生化及分子生物学方法研究其生理功能,为农药的开发提供重要的前期理论基础。 [收起]

个人简述 :
主要从事大气污染控制、环境纳米功能材料构建、环境催化基础和应用研究。针对我国国民经济发展中出现的重大大气环境问题及需求,着重基于吸附、催化、纳米等技术开展典型大气污染物(VOCS、含氮污染物、CO、CO2等)纳米催化净化技术与方法的研究与应用,以实现气态污染物绿色、低耗、高效、高选择性的去除与资源转化。迄今为止,已经在众多国内外著名期刊发表科技论文100余篇,其中SCI收录80余篇,影响因子大于4的论文近40篇,论文他引千次以上,申请专利21项,获授权专利7项。共承担与参与了国家级、省部级、校级等科研项目20余项。多次获得大连理工大学教学优良奖,共指导20余名本科、硕士生获得优秀毕业论文,指导研究生获得省、市优秀学术论文奖近20项。

科研工作 :
