同济大学计算机复试
 
 我是考计算机的，复试面试在计算中心二楼。首先给我的是一道英文的离散数学题，我记得大概是这样的：
1)Balance the budget or reduce the taxes that there will be more money available to fight the pollution
2)Do not balance the budget will not reduce the taxes
3)Do not reduce the taxes
Is the statement “ there will be more money available to fight the pollution “ right?
要求用英文先给出判断，在解释如何得到答案的。
（离散数学是大二时学的了，早不记得了，所以这题我答的不好。但是我觉得我给出的答题思路是对的：
P:Balance the budget
Q:reduce the taxes
R:there will be more money available to fight the pollution
1）P∨Q→R
2）﹃P→﹃Q
3）﹃Q
经过推理就可以判断出给出的句子对不对了。
