China - Gaokao Requirements for Direct Entry to Undergraduate Programmes in 2017– (based on 2016 Gaokao scores)
Beginning from July 2016, the University of Otago welcomes applications from Chinese students who have successfully completed ‘Gaokao’ examinations. The table below outlines the tier 1 Gaokao scores required for entry into undergraduate programmes at the University of Otago. These provincial scores are subject to change annually and are only applicable to students who have completed Gaokao in the year noted above. Applications from Gaokao tier 1 students should include the Gaokao examination report, Senior High School transcript and Senior High School graduation diploma.
Some undergraduate programmes have additional entry criteria which need to be satisfied alongside the Gaokao results listed below. You will also need to satisfy the University’s English language requirements
