1. Sometimes, there's very little good to say about a restaurant. For example, here the customer found the meat so tough that he wouldn't recommend it: The vegetables were fresh, but the meat was tough. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
有时,对一家餐馆没有什么好的评价,如此处,顾客发现肉很硬,所以他不会推荐这家餐馆:蔬菜很新鲜,但是肉很硬。我绝对不会推荐它了。
2. To ask someone's opinion about a place you know about, but haven't been to, for example, a restaurant, you can ask:I've heard about that restaurant. What was the food like?
要问某人对你知道但没有去过的某个地方的意见。如,一家餐馆,你可以这样问: 我听说过那家餐馆。那里的饭菜怎么样?
