四川汉族青少年面部中线软组织厚度的数字X线测量

【摘要】目的测量四川汉族青少年(8—20岁)人群面部中线软组织厚度，探讨其生长发育变化规律，为法医人类学的面
部重建提供的基础数据。方法 选取974例(男496，女478)头颅侧位数字x线片，分13个年龄段(8—2o岁)。选择面部1o个
标志点的软组织厚度测量，并进行描述性统计学分析。结果 四川汉族青少年人群面部10个标志点的中线软组织平均厚度，
在青少年阶段大多数测量标志点随年龄增长而增厚；男女性面部中线软组织厚度统计学分析存在性别差异(p<o．05)，在15
岁之后差异增大．且lu点显著差异性在9～加岁之间均存在(p<0．01)。结论 四川汉族青少年面部中线软组织厚度有随年
龄增长而增厚的趋势。男女面部软组织厚度存在性别差异。

【abstract】objective to measure the soft tissue thickness of juvenile of chinese hart nationality and to add to the basic
database for facial reconstruction in forensic anthropological field．methods facial soft tissue thickness at 10 facial landmarks were
measured with dr and statistically analyzed in 974 iuvenile (male=496， female=478) of chinese han nationality in sichuan

面部软组织厚度是法医学家进行面部复原与重
建的重要指标。以往测量面部软组织厚度的研究手段
有多种．如直接测量法、放射影像测量法、超声波测量
法等。用x线的方法测量较为方便且测量结果可靠，
为大多数学者所接受．国内外已有报道。[i-31应用全新
数字x线测量国内外尚未见报道，且中国汉族南方人
群的相关研究也鲜见。本研究选取口腔门诊头颅dr
