个人简况：
副研究员，1972年1月生于新疆奇台。新疆自治区青年科技创新人才培养工程计划入选者(2013)、新疆“天山英才”工程入选者(2013、2016),中国科学院“西部之光”人才培养计划优秀入选者(2016)。
研究方向：
干旱区土壤生态;植物抗逆性;土壤微生物;干旱区碳、氮等元素的生物地球化学循环。
学历教育：
中国科学院研究生院自然地理学博士(2005-2008)、新疆农业大学农学硕士(2002-2005)、吉林农业大学理学学士(1991-1995)。
工作经历：
2008-至今：中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所;1991-2005：新疆农业职业技术学院。
