SISU MBA Course: Cross-culture Competence and Communication
PhD from Humboldt University of Berlin. Distinguished Professor of SISU, Founder and Director of the SISU Intercultural Institute, Fellow, board member and President-elect of the International Academy of Intercultural Research (IAIR), honorary board member of the Chinese Association for Intercultural Communication (CAFIC), and two-time recipient (Silver and Gold) of the Magnolia Award from the Shanghai Municipal Government.
As a pioneer of both the study and teaching of Intercultural Communications in China, he focuses on researching changes in Chinese values and identity, personal and disciplinary intercultural development, as well as language+culture competence in business communication and personnel training.
