2019考研英语翻译天天练：上海市垃圾分类行动计划

　　7月30日，上海市政府新闻发布会介绍了《上海市生活垃圾全程分类体系建设行动计划(2018-2020年)》的相关情况。到2020年底，上海将基本实现单位生活垃圾强制分类全覆盖，居民区普遍推行生活垃圾分类制度，生活垃圾分类质量明显提升。

　　The Shanghai municipal government released its three-year action plan (2018-20) on Monday regarding the city's garbage classification.

　　上海市政府周一发布了上海市垃圾分类三年(2018-2020年)行动计划。

　　根据该计划，上海将在2020年前使生活垃圾无害化处理能力达到3.28万吨/日以上(increase its daily waste disposal amount to 32,800 tons by 2020)。上海居民将按照“四分类”——有害垃圾、可回收物、湿垃圾和干垃圾(harmful, recyclable, wet and dry)对垃圾准确进行分类和投放。

　　在这三年时间内，上海还将完成17000余座分类垃圾箱房改造(renovating more than 17,000 garbage bins)，41座大型中转设施的分类中转改造(renovating 41 large-scale waste transfer stations)。
